This pendant was inspired by the unique and beautiful lotus flower. This flower has  unparrarel resilience and ability to survive in difficult conditions and that is why it became a symbol of rebirth, strenght and beauty. 
 
This handcrafted pendant is made from sterling silver and fine silver. The focal point point of the pendant is a fine silver lotus motif accented with a pear shaped, rosecut pink opal gemstone. The motif has been soldered on sterling silver base giving it a layered and risen look. The silver has been oxidized and polished to accentuate the detail and depth of the design and to give the pendant a natural organic look. The pendant is presented on a sterling silver ball chain with sterling silver lobster style clasp. 
The pendant is approximately 1 3/8" wide and 1 1/8" tall. The chain is 18" long and has a 2" sterling silver extender giving the necklace a total of 20" in length.
